RAIDA Authentication
Upon purchase, stack files required for RAIDA authentication will be emailed to each buyer in the following format:
Stack File Format:
<denomination>.CloudCoin.<order#>.bin
- <denomination>: Represents the denomination of the stack file in multiples of 1K, 5K, 10K or 1K.
- <order#>: A unique transaction or order number associated with your purchase (e.g., R123456789).
- <emailid>: The email address used during checkout. This is where the stack file will be sent. Note that this may differ from the email linked to your PayPal account.
Refund and Replacement Process
1. Reporting Issues with Stack Files:
- If there is an issue with the stack file, you must provide a screenshot from the application used for RAIDA authentication. This screenshot should display the counterfeit serial numbers from the stack file.
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of purchasing the stack file.
2. Troubleshooting Assistance:
- If you face difficulties importing the stack file for RAIDA authentication, ensure you have followed the emailed instructions precisely.
- If the problem persists, schedule a Skype or Google Hangout call with screen sharing to identify the issue.
- If the issue is determined to be genuine, a refund will be processed, or a new stack file will be provided (subject to mutual agreement).
3. Returning Resulting Stack Files:
- To claim a replacement or refund, you must return the resulting stack files created during your powning/authentication attempt. These files can typically be found in your default download location or the relevant client software folder.
- Do not send back the original stack file you received, as it becomes invalid after the first powning/authentication attempt.
4. Refund Requests Without Valid Issues:
- If a refund request is raised after successfully importing the stack file within the 3-day period, and no issues are identified, the request will be escalated to PayPal for review as a potential fraudulent claim.
5. Refund Requests After 3 Days:
- Refund requests made more than 3 days after the purchase date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
